Silverton strengthens its expertise in private debt and real estate investments & restructuring
Frankfurt, 12. August 2026 – The Silverton Group (Silverton) is expanding its investment activities in the private debt sector and has appointed Konstantin Matern as Director of Private Debt and Real Estate Investments. In this newly created role, he will act as the first point of contact for the company’s clients and potential new clients.
Konstantin Matern has several years’ experience in the field of private real estate debt. Prior to joining Silverton, he worked as an Investment Director at HFS Helvetic Financial Services AG. There, he was responsible for the structuring and execution of real estate financing. His previous roles included positions at LENWOOD Capital and LINUS Digital Finance. He holds a Master of Science in International Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences for the Bavarian Economy.

In addition, Silverton has expanded its Real Estate Investments & Restructuring division with the appointment of Sven Sivarajah as Senior Investment Manager. He has joined the team led by Michael Gail, Director of Real Estate & Restructuring and Head of Transactions, with immediate effect, and reports directly to him.
Prior to joining Silverton, Sven Sivarajah worked as Associate Director of Capital Markets at Knight Frank Germany. There, he was responsible for purchase and sale mandates for institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth private clients and property developers. Before that, he managed property transactions totalling more than one billion euros across various asset classes at CBRE Investment Management.
Sven Sivarajah holds master’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island (USA) and in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Braunschweig. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
