Stefan Dölker is attorney-at-law since 1999 and has studied law at the University of Passau. His main focus of activities at Silverton comprise NPL- and Real Estate transactions, advisory services of banks and wind-down agencies in the field of Credit Risk as well as the supervision of the asset management. Within the organization Stefan Dölker oversees the business development/acquisition, the legal department and the client management.
Prior to co-founding Silverton Stefan was leading his own law firm, which was focusing on consultancy services for international investors during the acquisition of NPL-portfolios. Previous to the self-employment he worked as lawyer at the law firm Jaffé & Kollegen with a focus on insolvency law and was holding management positions at Ernst & Young AG in the corporate finance and corporate restructuring department.

Jascha holds a degree from the University of Applied Science Wiesbaden in economics and studied at the Universitè de Provence. As a partner of Silverton Jascha counts more than 16 years of relevant industry expertise, in the fields of acquisition and management of mortgage-backed loan portfolios as well as commercial real estate. Within the Silverton group Jascha is responsible for marketing and business development, especially regarding the joint venture in Greece.
Prior to founding Silverton, Jascha worked as Senior Advisor at IMW Consulting as well as Manager for T-Online in the eCommerce Development & Incubation department.

Sebastian Steinert is the Regional Head of the Silverton office in North Rhine-Westphalia. He has about 12 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Silverton, he was a member of JLL’s Commercial Asset Management team, most recently as Team Leader and authorised signatory in the Dusseldorf office. He also has several years of experience in the management of non-performing loans, gained as Manager Sales and Investments for Real Estate & Loans at a Swedish financial investor. In that role he acquired distressed real estate loan portfolios, secured by commercial and residential real estate, throughout Germany. During his career, he has also gathered experiences in JLL’s Investment and Valuation & Transaction Advisory divisions.
Sebastian Steinert is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Management (FH) as well as an Executive Master of Science in Real Estate (IRE|BS).

Thoran has 17 years professional background in the field of Corporate Finance and is active in the distressed debt market since 2005, managing successfully multiple distressed debt portfolio transactions and NPL engagements.
Thoran holds a master degree in economy &finance from the University of Münster, as well as the degree (non-active) as Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Within the Silverton group Thoran is responsible for the finance department.
Prior to founding Silverton, Thoran worked for Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

Frank Wiedemann gained his professional experience from more than twenty years of international banking, with posts in Sydney, New York, London and Frankfurt.
Prior to founding Silverton, Frank operated his own consulting company and has worked for Deutsche Bank AG as Director in the International Credit Risk Management department and in the Asset Backed Securities area.

Ulf Bertheau is working as Of Counsel for maritime law at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH, where he was previously a Partner for several years. Before re-joining Luther in May 2016, he was CEO of Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft. In addition, Ulf is a member of the advisory board of Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft as well as Chairman of the Board of Christopher Insurance, the British group insurance of a shipping company. Prior to Luther, Ulf worked as Equity Partner for maritime law at Cyrus Makowski, a prestigious Hamburg based law firm specialized in shipping, and as an in-house lawyer for the shipping company Egon Oldendorff in Lübeck.
Ulf Bertheau is a well-known expert in maritime law and has long-standing expertise in advising shipping companies. Since the start of the shipping crises in 2008, Ulf specialized also in restructuring of shipping projects and maritime corporates.

Christian Brammer joined the Group in 2011 and is co-founder of Silverton Advisory LLC. During the most recent years he focused on credit risk management for our clients and advising various European bank resolution companies with regard to portfolio valuation, asset sales and process management.
Previously, Christian Brammer worked for Cornwall Capital, Inc. a US hedge fund, and taught investments and capital markets at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. His career also includes positions as Managing Director at Rabobank, London, and 16 years at Deutsche Bank group, mostly in Europe and New York, as Director Investment Banking/ Securitization. Earlier significant postings were in the areas of credit risk management, corporate finance and institutional asset management.

Michael Gail, is our Head of Acquisitions & Sales and responsible for the nationwide investment activities of the Silverton Group. Prior to that he worked for Savills as Director and Team Leader for the investment department at the Munich office. Michael Gail has more than 15 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate market. During his various stations from Tishman Speyer, through Union Investment and WealthCap, Mr. Gail was able to sharpen his perspective for institutional investors.

From classic asset management to nationwide investment management, Michael Gail has a broad range of experience and bring this to bear profitably on individual transactions.
