Our history

Since the company was founded in 2006, Silverton has evolved from a specialist in distressed debt (NPL) to a fully integrated investment and asset manager.

For 13 years we have been developing investment strategies in the real estate and credit markets and realising value potential through active & creative asset management. The investment strategies range from manage-to-core to opportunistic.

  • Silverton Advisory GmbH founded to provide transaction and advisory services on Non Performing Loan transactions.

  • SPECIAL SERVICING OF OPPORTUNISTIC INVESTMENTS

  • Peak Collection GmbH (renamed in Silverton Asset Solutions GmbH) founded to provide loan (NPL) servicing and asset management services.

  • 2011
  • STARTING INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

  • Silverton Advisory LLC (USA) founded to provide Advisory and Asset Management Services on US loans and risk management for financial institutions

  • International expansion with mandates in Italy and Spain

  • Supporting the day-to-day asset management for a German wind-down agency

  • EXPANDING VALUE ADD MANDATES

Management

Silverton was founded in 2006 as a consulting firm in the NPL and real estate environment. The clients at that time have trustfully accompanied our development into a fully integrated investment and asset management company.
