Silverton lets office space in Meerbusch to logistics firm
Frankfurt, 28. Januar 2025 – The Silverton Group (Silverton) has agreed to a long-term lease on around 950 sq m of office space in the property at Otto-Hahn-Strasse 10 in Meerbusch, near Düsseldorf, to GEL Express Logistik GmbH (GEL). This increases the occupancy rate of the office building, which provides a total lettable area of around 3,100 sq m, from 20% to over 50%.
The property is part of the ‘Elephant’ portfolio, acquired by Silverton as a local partner in association with EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, in 2019. Lehmann Natur GmbH is also a tenant.
The three-storey building was constructed in 2006 on an approximately 4,000 sq m site. It benefits from "BREEAM Existing Property" certification. The asset includes 64 surface parking spaces and 19 underground spaces, including e-charging facilities. It boasts very good connections to the motorway network, with direct access to the A44. What’s more, there are public transport stops within walking distance.
JLL advised GEL on the letting. Units ranging from approximately 400 to 950 sq m on the 1st and 2nd floors are currently still available for letting.
