Silverton leases office space to Corall Ingenieure GmbH in Meerbusch
Frankfurt, 11. August 2025 – The Silverton Group (Silverton) has leased around 950 sq m of office space at Otto-Hahn-Strasse 10 in Meerbusch, near Düsseldorf, to Corall Ingenieure GmbH on a long-term lease. The engineering firm specialising in preventive fire protection will move into its new headquarters at the start of 2026. The signing of the contract increases the occupancy rate of the office building, which has a total rental area of approximately 3,100 sq m, from 51% to over 80%.
The building is part of the Elephant portfolio, which Silverton acquired in 2019 as a local partner together with EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, and manages as asset manager. It is certified with the ‘BREEAM Good’ rating. Other tenants in the premises include GEL Express Logistik and lehmann natur.
The three-storey site was built in 2006 on a plot of around 4,000 sq m. It offers 64 outdoor parking spaces and 19 underground car parking spaces, including e-charging facilities. The building is well-connected to the motorway network, with direct access to the A44. Local public transport is also within walking distance.
Silverton was assisted in the letting process by Aruna Immobilien, Meerbusch. Dentons Europe (Germany) advised the landlords on legal matters; Antweiler Liebschwager Nieberding Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB advised the tenants. Corall Ingenieure GmbH was supported in technical matters by apoprojekt GmbH, Düsseldorf, which will also carry out the tenant fit-out.
Individual office suites, between approximately 400 and 950 sq m on the second floor, are still available for potential tenants.
