Silverton Group lets space in Ismaning for Legrand Care's new German HQ

Frankfurt, 15. Januar 2024 – Silverton Group (Silverton), specialist in the investment and asset management of commercial real estate, real estate financing and lending secured on real estate, has concluded an office lease on around 900 sq m of office space in a mixed-use property at Robert-Bürkle-Strasse 3 in Ismaning, Bavaria. Silverton is the asset manager of the property, which is part of the portfolio of the "EPISO 5" fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
The new tenant is Legrand Care GmbH, one of Europe’s most successful manufacturers of emergency call systems. The company plans to relocate its headquarters from Carl-Zeiss-Ring 12 to the new address in spring 2024. The new lease runs for seven years. CBRE advised the landlord on the deal.

Completed in 1991 and standing on a c. 5,400 site, the property provides a total lettable area of around 9,700 square metres. This includes around 7,700 sq m of offices, together with some 1,900 sq m of storage and other space. Units ranging from 640 sq m are currently available in the property.
