Silverton achieves full occupancy in Meerbusch – Lehmann Natur and Bolton Deutschland lease office space
Frankfurt, 10. November 2025 – The Silverton Group (Silverton) has signed two further leases for the office property at Otto-Hahn-Straße 10 in Meerbusch, thereby achieving full occupancy of the approximately 3,100 square metres property. The new tenants are Lehmann Natur GmbH and Bolton Deutschland GmbH, which have jointly leased around 950 square metres on a long-term basis. This means that, just a few weeks after leasing to Corall Ingenieure, the vacancy rate in the property has been completely eliminated, a sign of the high quality of the location and Silverton’s efficient asset management.
Bolton Deutschland GmbH is occupying around 500 square metres of office space and will establish its administrative headquarters there on a long-term basis. The transaction was brokered by Aengevelt Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG.
Lehmann Natur GmbH, a producer specialising in organic food, is relocating to new premises within the property, comprising approximately 450 square metres of office space, which is being specifically designed in line with contemporary workplace principles. The company is also leasing storage space, parking spaces and the kitchen in the basement. Dentos Europe (Germany) provided legal advice to the landlord in this transaction.
The property is part of the Elephant portfolio, which Silverton acquired in 2019 as a local partner together with EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, and has been managing as an asset manager ever since. The building holds a ‘BREEAM Good’ certification. In addition to the new tenants, GEL Express Logistik GmbH and Corall Ingenieure GmbH are also located in the building.

The three-storey office building, constructed in 2006, is located on a plot of approximately 4,000 square metres. It has 64 outdoor and 19 underground parking spaces, including electric charging stations, and offers excellent connections to the A44 motorway and public transport.
