Sebastian Steinert joins Silverton management board

Frankfurt, 23. Mai 2022 – Sebastian Steinert MRICS has been appointed to the management board of Silverton Asset Solutions GmbH (Silverton). Working from the Dusseldorf office, he will expand the management team in Frankfurt and Munich while further developing investment and asset management in North Rhine-Westphalia. The other members of the board are the founding shareholders; Stefan Dölker, Jascha Hofferbert, Thoran Thegemey and Frank Wiedemann.
Sebastian Steinert, a qualified industrial engineer (FH) and real estate economist (IRE|BS), has worked for the company since 2019, successfully building up the office in North Rhine-Westphalia as Regional Head and Authorised Signatory.

Prior to joining Silverton, Sebastian Steinert was a member of JLL's Commercial Asset Management team, most recently as Team Leader and authorised signatory in the Dusseldorf office. He has several years of experience in the management of non-performing loans, gained as Manager Sales and Investments for Real Estate & Loans at a Swedish financial investor. Earlier in his 15-year career he worked in JLL's Investment and Valuation & Transaction Advisory divisions.

Silverton is one of the few loan servicers in Germany to be granted authorisation to provide payment services (Zahlungslizenz) by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BAFin) and a loan servicing licence issued by the Bank of Greece. Silverton currently manages EUR 300 million of assets in the real estate sector and c. EUR 1 bn in the area of real estate debt.
