We are a fully integrated investment and asset management platform for a range of investment strategies, from ‘manage to core’ to ‘opportunistic’.

Since 2006, we have been developing investment strategies in commercial real estate and credit markets and successfully creating value through active, creative asset management. We consider ourselves a service provider to institutional investors and international market players who prefer an active asset management approach .

We provide a one-stop-shop, offering investors access to attractive investments and a single source that can handle the entire process of a structured real estate or credit transaction from start to finish.

Investment Management

As an investment manager, we have extensive expertise in real estate management and structuring custom investment solutions. These include domestic and foreign fund products, club deals, and separate accounts in the real estate sector in the risk classes ‘manage to core’, ‘value add’ and ‘opportunistic’, as well as investments in healthy and non-performing loan portfolios.

Asset Management

We offer asset management for all classes of real estate. We also have a particular focus on the management, value enhancement, and repositioning of commercial real estate and properties with value-added potential. In addition to real estate asset management, we provide credit servicing, payment services, credit risk management, and maritime solutions services.
